The Oregon Medical Association Alliance (OMAA) is an affiliated membership section for physicians' and PAs' spouses and partners statewide dedicated to advocating for a healthy Oregon. - Delivering the “Faux Paw” program (www.ikeepsafe.org) to promote internet safety for children
- Developing & implementing an award-winning statewide Drug Take Back Initiative
- Supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Oregon and SW Washington
- Promoting the “Screen Out” campaign to reduce smoking among youth
- Printing and distributing domestic violence resource materials (regional crisis cards) throughout the state
- Participating in the nationwide S.A.V.E. program (Stop America's Violence Everywhere)
- Participating in Oregon Mission of Mercy
- Partnering with Community Matters to address bullying, harassment, cyber-bullying, and youth violence in Oregon communities
Legislative
- Supporting activities related to OMA health care issues
- Educating members about pertinent health care legislation
- Promoting programs that increase members' interest, knowledge, and involvement in legislative advocacy

- Alliance information is currently available on the OMA website and in Medicine in Oregon, OMA's quarterly magazine, and STAT, OMA's monthly online newsletter
