In order to allow for more time to develop the amendments to the Bylaws and to provide more opportunity for members to review and provide additional input, the timeline for proposed ratification of the OMA Alliance Bylaws has been extended to Fall Session, 2011. The Bylaws Work Group chaired by Beth Irish, expects to meet two to three times (in Roseburg) and maintain electronic communications between now and fall. Updates will be posted on the Alliance Web page at times throughout the process and members are encouraged to review and provide input. Work group members are Jeannie Burpee, Marie Stoddard, Darlena Holt, and Sandra Gade. We welcome additional members' active participation in this process.
