OMA requests development of reasonable minimal performance criteria for Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) selection of Part B Medicare Intermediaries based not only on cost, but proven ability to provide payment of claims and customer service, and that OMA requests development of a Carrier Performance Scorecard based on these criteria. Furthermore, OMA demands that Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) audit any Part B Medicare Intermediaries that fail to comply with such criteria.
