Formulary

OMA encourages Independent Practice Associations to use the Health Resources Commission evidenced-based reports to guide their formulary decisions.

OMA will inform members of the benefits of the Practitioner Managed Prescription Drug Plan (PMPDP) process, including a web link of OregonRx.org, articles in STAT and other publications, and by adding it to the OSPA/OMA Commercial Health Plans’ Composite Formulary Guide for Oregon and SW Washington.
