COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Currently Oregon is vaccinating all of Phase 1A and some groups of Phase 1B. See OHA’s vaccine sequencing plan for more information.

Second Dose Administration

To achieve the full benefit of the vaccine you a second dose is needed after 21 days (Pfizer) or 28 days (Moderna). Per Oregon Health Authority policy  (see Q16), individuals should receive their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the same location they received the first, unless otherwise directed by the vaccine provider.

OHA Online Vaccine Scheduling Tool

The Oregon Health Authority's online scheduling tool is available to help Oregonians determine vaccine eligibility and scheduling.

Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County Residents:

You may be able to schedule a vaccine at the Oregon Convention Center's mass vaccine site. If appointments are not currently available, please try again at a later time as vaccine supply changes.

Marion County Residents:

You may be able to schedule a vaccine at Legacy Woodburn Health Center. If appointments are not currently available, please try again at a later time as vaccine supply changes.

Other Oregon Counties:

If you live in another county, the online tool currently suggests you contact your county health department for more information.

How to use the online tool:

  1. Go to https://covidvaccine.oregon.gov/ (Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge browsers are best)
  2. Scroll down to the "Let's Get Started" button, or click on the dialogue box icon in the lower-right of your screen
  3. When you click on the button, an automated chat box will appear
  4. Follow the questions to determine eligibility and to schedule a vaccine appointment

Healthcare Providers: Need help getting connected to a vaccine site? Fill out the OMA survey.
