Health Care Delivery

OMA shall communicate such a message of affirmation and advocacy on behalf of its values of diversity, inclusion, equity, and support to its constituent members, identifying marginalized groups; and renew its commitment to address and resolve inequities related to bias, prejudice, and intolerance based on nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender expression, or ability in the health care system that influence the well-being of its healthcare providers, health science and allied health students in our clinics, hospitals, and communities.
