Customer Service of Health Insurance Companies to Providers
The OMA advocates the Department of Consumer and Business Services to release de-identified complaint submissions to the public. And, the OMA’s Policy Committee recommends policy that addresses customer service of payers with regard to physician-patient advocacy and evaluates each insurance company based on feedback obtained.
