Opioid Prescribing Guidelines Task Force

The OMA supports the Oregon Opioid Prescribing Guidelines Task Force in adopting the CDC guidelines for prescribing opioids for chronic pain as the foundation for opioid prescribing for Oregon and encourages the Task Force to further discuss at state, regional, and organizational levels how the guidelines will be disseminated, communicated to patients and providers, and implemented.
